60cbm LPG Skid-mounted Station Product Overview

The 60cbm LPG Skid-mounted Station is an all-in-one, highly integrated mobile refueling solution engineered for the safe storage, rapid filling, and efficient distribution of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). Combining a heavy-duty storage pressure vessel with advanced pumping, metering, and safety systems on a single, robust skid, this station provides a flexible, plug-and-play solution. It is widely used in urban gas distribution, industrial fuel supply, and remote fleet refueling operations.

60cbm LPG Skid-mounted Station Key Features & Operational Advantages

Integrated Modular Design: Merges a 60,000-liter storage tank, a high-performance YQB15-5 LPG pump, and dual electronic filling scales into a compact, relocatable footprint.
Plug-and-Play Simplicity: Designed for rapid deployment with minimal civil engineering required on-site, drastically reducing setup costs and time.
Uncompromising Safety & Compliance: Equipped with comprehensive explosion-proof systems, emergency shut-off valves, and advanced leak detection to guarantee safe operations under low-pressure conditions ( $0.1\text{ MPa} \le p < 1.6\text{ MPa}$ ).
Flexible Configurations: Standard model comes with 2 sets of precision electronic scales, with options to upgrade to digital commercial LPG dispensers for automated truck or cylinder refueling.

60cbm LPG Skid-mounted Station Advanced Safety & Components Integration

To ensure absolute operational reliability, the skid incorporates a multi-layered safety and fluid management system split into fluid phases (liquid, gas, and reflux):

Core Mechanics: Driven by the YQB15-5 LPG pump coupled with an explosion-proof magnetic starter and an anti-vibration hose system.
Safety Monitoring: Outfitted with a gas leakage concentration alarm, a recessed safety valve, a float-type level gauge with a percentage dial, and integrated thermometers and pressure gauges.
Environmental Control: Features a dedicated tank spray cooling device and a protective sunshade canopy over the operation area to regulate temperatures.
Fluid Control: Includes high-reliability shut-off valves, check valves, safety return valves, a cylindrical filter, and a flanged unloading port for seamless gas transfer.
