Will the internal corrosion-resistant lining delaminate, crack, or peel off??

We utilize advanced rotomolding (thermal fusion) and specialized sheet-welding processes to ensure a molecular-level bond between the lining and the steel shell. All lined tanks undergo high-voltage spark testing to guarantee zero porosity and pinpoint defects. Furthermore, lining thickness is optimized based on the thermal expansion coefficients of the specific media, completely eliminating the risk of delamination.

What is the expected service life of the storage tank?

Our tanks are engineered for a typical design life of 10 to 15+ years. This longevity is achieved by incorporating robust corrosion allowances during the structural design phase and utilizing high-performance external coatings resistant to UV degradation and extreme weather. Routine wall-thickness tracking and proper maintenance can extend this service life even further.

How do you guarantee weld joint integrity, especially under high-load or pressure conditions?

We employ automated submerged arc welding (SAW) systems to ensure highly uniform bead geometry and full penetration. Crucially, 100% of critical weldments undergo X-ray Non-Destructive Testing (RT) or Ultrasonic Testing (UT) before leaving our facility. Combined with formal hydrostatic or pneumatic pressure tests, we ensure a weld joint efficiency factor of 0.9 to 1.0.

Can this specific material configuration safely store my precise chemical medium (acid/alkali)?

We cross-reference your exact chemical composition, concentration, and maximum operating temperature against our proprietary chemical resistance matrix. Where necessary, we conduct coupon immersion testing using sample materials to verify that the selected metallurgy or lining offers the absolute highest chemical compatibility and cost-efficiency.

Given that these products are custom-engineered, how do you guarantee lead times?

Our facility utilizes a digitized manufacturing execution system (MES) running parallel production lines equipped with automated rolling and robotic welding stations. Upon contract signing, we issue a binding milestone schedule.
