Core Upper Body Features & Working Principle

Dual-Tank Interconnected Design: Features a durable stainless steel dual-tank configuration (8m³ clean water + 12m³ sewage) optimized for balanced weight distribution and extended continuous operation.
High-Pressure Jetting System: Equipped with a heavy-duty high-pressure water pump and an extended hydraulic hose reel, delivering powerful water jets to blast away stubborn silt, grease, and debris inside large municipal pipelines.
Powerful Vacuum Suction: Integrated with a high-performance vacuum pump to efficiently suck sewage, sludge, and liquid waste directly into the sealed 12m³ waste tank.
Hydraulic Tipping & Rear Door Opening: The sewage tank supports hydraulic lifting/tipping and a full hydraulic rear door opening system, ensuring fast, thorough, and clean dumping of solid waste without manual labor.
Dual Control Panels: Operates easily via both cabin-mounted controls and a rear operation panel. Supports manual/auto modes with an optional wireless remote control for flexible onsite operation.
Anti-Pollution & Safety Design: Fully sealed tanks equipped with built-in anti-overflow valves and sight glasses prevent secondary liquid spills and ensure environmental compliance during transport.

Recommended Applications

Municipal Sanitation: Cleaning and unclogging large municipal underground stormwater and sewage pipelines.
Environmental Maintenance: Emptying and cleaning large commercial or residential septic tanks.
Industrial Drainage: Maintaining industrial park sewage networks and liquid waste transfer.
Special Projects: River silt clearing, culvert cleaning, and emergency flood drainage.

FAQ

Q1: What makes a combination sewer cleaner truck better than a standalone vacuum truck? A: A combination sewer cleaner truck integrates two powerful functions into one chassis: high-pressure water jetting for breaking up tough blockages and heavy-duty vacuum suction for collecting liquid sludge and waste. This dual capability eliminates the need for two separate vehicles on-site, drastically cutting down procurement costs, fuel consumption, and labor time for municipal or industrial operators.

Q2: Is this Shacman combination truck compatible with local fuel and emission standards in my country? A: Yes. We offer this model with both Euro 3 and Euro 5 Weichai engine options. For markets in Africa, Southeast Asia, or South America with high-sulfur diesel fuel, the Euro 3 engine provides excellent durability and low maintenance. For regions with strict environmental regulations, the Euro 5 version delivers compliant emissions with superior fuel economy.

Q3: How do the clean water tank and sewage tank work together during operation? A: The vehicle features a dual-tank interconnected design with an 8,000L clean water tank and a 12,000L sewage tank. Clean water is fed into the high-pressure jetting pump to flush out pipelines, while the vacuum pump simultaneously pulls slurry and sludge into the sewage tank. The interconnected design allows flexible water transfer and balanced chassis weight distribution during transit.

Q4: What safety features are included to prevent spillages and pollution during waste transport? A: The sewage tank is fully sealed and equipped with an automatic anti-overflow valve that automatically stops vacuum suction when the tank reaches capacity. Additionally, the hydraulic rear door uses heavy-duty rubber gaskets and multi-point locking clamps to guarantee zero leakage or liquid dripping during long-distance transport.

Q5: Can the upper body jetting and suction equipment be customized? A: Yes, we offer full customization options tailored to your project requirements. You can choose premium international pump brands, optional wireless remote controls, extended high-pressure hose reels, and custom right-hand drive (RHD) or left-hand drive (LHD) chassis configurations.
