The LNG Tank Container (hereinafter referred to as the “LNG Tank”) delivers exceptional mobility and flexibility. It is designed for seamless intermodal transportation across road, rail, and water, making it the premier logistical solution for bulk cryogenic gas distribution.
2. Structural Features
The LNG Tank features a highly engineered, robust architecture divided into three primary systems:
- Storage Vessel: A double-walled, vacuum-insulated inner tank designed for extreme cryogenic temperatures.
- Structural Frame: Connected to the storage tank via high-strength short semi-cylinders, strip supports, and specialized steel piping to ensure maximum structural integrity during transit.
- Integrated Operation Box: Centrally located at one end of the container, housing all critical control valves, instrumentation, and safety relief devices to ensure streamlined, safe loading and unloading operations.
