The surface of the LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) storage tank body shall be coated with two coats of epoxy iron oxide primer and one coat of acrylic grey intermediate primer, followed by two coats of acrylic metallic topcoat. The warning sign “NO SMOKING OR OPEN FLAMES” shall be stenciled on the middle section of the tank, and “Next Inspection Date: YYYY/MM” shall be stenciled on the lower part of the saddle support.

Quality Authentication: Rigorous quality authentication is conducted on the pressure element materials, external dimensions, weld quality, operational performance, installation quality, internal devices, and safety accessories of the product.
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Non-destructive testing is performed on all welded joints, weld seams, tank heads, and various pressure-retaining components. Only products that pass these inspections are permitted to leave the factory, thereby guaranteeing product quality.
Heat Treatment & Testing: Before the application of the topcoat, the product undergoes stress-relief annealing heat treatment at 620°C, followed by hydrostatic testing and airtightness testing to ensure the safe application of the product.

Due to their classification as special equipment, the installation of LPG storage tanks is subject to specific regulatory requirements. Installation personnel must hold nationally recognized fire safety qualifications to engage in the relevant installation work.
During the equipment installation process, strict adherence to mandatory regulations—such as fire separation distances—is required, with a primary focus on engineering quality. All associated systems, including piping, electrical, firefighting, water supply and drainage, and lightning protection facilities, must pass inspection by the supervisory authorities before being placed into service.
