This 30m³ LPG skid station is a fully integrated surface filling system designed for liquefied petroleum gas storage and distribution. The complete skid-mounted unit includes an LPG storage tank, steel base frame, piping system, valve manifold, LPG pump, filling platform, filling equipment, and auxiliary safety facilities. This comprehensive solution is specifically engineered to address remote area and mobile filling operation challenges.

The LPG pump functions as the “brain” of the system, responsible for loading/unloading between storage tanks and tankers, as well as transferring LPG during filling operations. The valve manifold assembly acts as the “vital organs,” ensuring safety during unloading, filling, and residual gas recovery while controlling system startup and shutdown. The filling equipment—including electronic scales and filling guns—serves as the “hands and feet,” executing the actual filling process. The filling platform features a spark-proof and anti-static surface constructed from brick and concrete.
