Premium Aluminum Alloy Logistics Solution for Gasoline, diesel, and kerosene

Product Overview

Engineered for precision, high efficiency, and uncompromising safety, the SITRAK G5 16.5-Ton Aluminum Alloy Fuel Tanker Truck represents the pinnacle of specialized dangerous goods transport. Built upon the legendary Sinotruk SITRAK heavy-duty heritage and powered by world-class German MAN powertrain technology, this vehicle is purpose-optimized for the long-haul distribution of volatile mediums, including gasoline, diesel, and kerosene. By integrating an advanced lightweight design with state-of-the-art active safety suites, it guarantees maximum payload capacity alongside industry-leading operating economies.

Core Application & Medium Versatility: Designed with a high-capacity, legally compliant payload rating of 16.5 tons. The premium-grade aluminum alloy tank structure and top-tier accessories ensure excellent chemical compatibility and structural longevity under extreme transport environments, making it the perfect choice for high-frequency distribution of gasoline, diesel, and kerosene.

Powertrain & Mechanical Excellence

At the heart of the SITRAK G5 is a robust mechanical ecosystem configured for uninterrupted uptime and superior gradeability:

German MAN MC07.25-60 Engine: Delivering a potent 250 horsepower, this highly efficient engine combines exceptional thermal efficiency with an optimized torque curve, reducing fuel consumption while meeting stringent modern emission standards.
HOWO 8-Speed Transmission & PTO: Mated seamlessly to the engine is a highly reliable Sinotruk HOWO 8-speed gearbox, equipped with a heavy-duty HW45ZC flanged Power Take-Off (PTO) utilized via a precise rotary knob control inside the cabin for effortless stationary pumping operations.
Chassis & Suspension Architecture: Engineered for heavy loads, the chassis features a 5-ton front axle equipped with high-dissipation disc brakes and a MAN 11-ton single rear axle utilizing an automatic slack adjuster and robust drum brakes. With a rear axle speed ratio of 4.63 and a specialized front less-leaf spring / rear air suspension matrix (3/3/- layout), it ensures minimal chassis vibration and excellent tank stability.

Intelligent Driver Cabin & Logistics Tech

The premium SITRAK G5 cabin serves as a high-ergonomics command center, minimizing driver fatigue over long hauls. Steering is precision-controlled through a world-renowned Bosch steering gear, ensuring responsive handling. For fleet owners, the vehicle comes factory-equipped with the Sinotruk Smart-Link (B-Version) Intelligent Telematics System, offering real-time fleet localization, remote diagnostics, fuel monitoring, and driver behavior analytics to maximize operational transparency.

Uncompromising Active & Passive Safety

Transporting hazardous chemical materials demands zero-fault safety standards. The SITRAK G5 incorporates a multi-layered safety envelope:

Advanced Braking & Stability: Features an Electronic Braking System (EBS) and Electronic Stability Control (ESC) to prevent skids and jackknifing during emergency maneuvers. A front-mounted exhaust system keeps thermal discharge far away from the tank body.
Driver Assistance Systems: Equipped with Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS) and Forward Collision Warning System (FCWS) integrated with high-accuracy radar sensors to alert drivers of imminent road hazards.
Critical Fail-Safes: Outfitted with a Steering Wheel Blowout Emergency Device to maintain directional control in high-speed tire punctures, factory-calibrated Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), a reverse acoustic buzzer, and standard-compliant hazardous goods sign lamps.
