  • Material & Structure: The tank is constructed from high-grade, lightweight aluminum alloy. This material significantly reduces the vehicle’s deadweight, allows for a larger load volume, and offers outstanding corrosion resistance. It eliminates internal contamination, ensuring that the aviation fuel remains absolutely clean and pure.

  • Liquid Level Indicator: Equipped with a stainless steel internal float ball in the tank, paired with a highly visible 10-inch aluminum alloy dial on the left side of the vehicle. Operators can easily and accurately monitor the real-time liquid volume inside the tank.

2. FAW Aircraft Refueling Truck Multi-Functional Capabilities

To adapt to diverse airport ground operational needs, the refueling truck supports three major operational modes:

  1. Reel Gravity Refueling (Aircraft Fueling): Fuel is drawn from the onboard tank, passed through the high-precision filter separator for contaminant removal, measured accurately by the flow meter, and then safely delivered to aircraft fuel tanks or other receiving vessels via the 15m hose reel and gravity nozzle.

  2. Pump-Out Filtration & Circulation (Fuel Scrubbing): Enables active fuel circulation and filtration. Fuel from the vehicle’s tank or external piping is pumped through the filter separator and returned back to the tank or other receiving equipment, ensuring the fuel meets the highest purity standards before refueling.

  3. Tank Loading & Bottom Loading: Supports bottom-loading through standard coupling valves connected to external storage lines. Additionally, the onboard self-priming pump can be used to suction fuel from external reservoirs into the vehicle’s tank.
